Executive and Business Coaching Foundation of India (CFI)
Coaching is a powerful dialogue between a facilitator and a learner within a productive, result-oriented context. It facilitates the exploration of needs, motivations, aspirations, skills, and thought processes to assist the individual in making tangible change. It is specific, need-based, time-bound meaningful and measurable.
Anand believes coaching is best used NOT as a 'fix for problem employees', but rather as a process to enhance and leverage high-potential managers to enable them to grow and excel.
Anand has worked extensively in the area of Coaching/ Mentoring:
- Coached middle and senior managers at organisations such as Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Bosch, L&T Infotech, Sasken, Texas Instruments, Titan Industries and Vodafone.
- Designed and run workshops on Coaching/ Mentoring skills for companies such as Danaher, Philips software, HP India, Huawei and Hinduja TMT.
- Designed and run workshops for supervisors/ managers, with huge emphasis on people management, development, coaching and leadership for companies such as Texas Instruments, Vodafone (was Hutch/ Orange earlier), Kyocera, Oracle, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, and Madura Garments.
